Responsibilities include:

Responsible for overall program management, case management, program development, financial management, budgeting, and quality of Hope Network Rehabilitation Services' locations in a geographically defined area. This will include providing programmatic supervision as required and supervising quality assurance among these programs. Participate in program management and program development for Rehabilitation Services. Work cooperatively with remote HNRS functions including training, quality, finance, HRD, marketing and others. Implement and enforce the facilities' policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements/characteristics:

1. Masters of Social Work degree with 3 year's prior employment in a human service field, which includes case management experience
2. Excellent verbal/written communication skills
3. Ability to interface effectively with professionals from outside agencies
4. Ability to articulate and actively support the mission of the corporation to various audiences
5. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
6. Ability to work with little supervision or direction
7. Demonstrated initiative
8. Three years experience in management and program development/leadership roles
9. Valid Michigan driver's license with driving record acceptable according to Hope Network RS policy
